Ignixtech is looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, supporting projects across Azure and Dynamics 365 platforms.

About the Role

We’re seeking a Business Analyst who can gather and document requirements, translate them into actionable functional and technical specifications, and work closely with technical teams to deliver scalable solutions. You’ll contribute to projects leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure AI services, while ensuring alignment with hybrid infrastructure models.

What You’ll Do

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
• Support Azure and Dynamics 365 projects, ensuring business alignment.
• Work with Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) to enable business solutions.
• Collaborate with solution architects, developers, and testers to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Assist in creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases.
• Provide input on hybrid infrastructure models and networking fundamentals to ensure practical solutions.
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Qualifications

• 4 - 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT/consulting environments.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Familiarity with Azure AI services and integrations.
• Strong understanding of hybrid cloud/infrastructure models and networking basics.
• Proven ability to write clear documentation (BRDs, FRDs, user stories).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have

• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals (PL-900).
• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (MB-910 / MB-902).
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps).
