Job summary

Nasco General Trading & Cont is seeking a Brand Manager to oversee the day-to-day management and performance of our footwear brand, driving growth, and ensuring brand standards across stores. You will coordinate with the retail team and the brand principal to sustain a strong working relationship and deliver results.

The role requires monitoring sales, planning seasonal campaigns with Marketing, coordinating with Purchasing for product availability, and preparing regular performance reports for

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• 3–5 years of brand management or related experience (retail/category management).
• Sales background is preferred.
• Experience in footwear/fashion/retail is advantageous.
• Arabic speaking preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall performance of the footwear brand.

We are looking for a Brand Manager to oversee the day-to-day management and performance of our footwear brand The ideal candidate will be responsible for brand growth and driving sales implementing the brand s standards and guidelines supervising the retail team and maintaining a strong working relationship with the brand principal

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the overall performance of the footwear brand
• Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities to improve results
• Coordinate with the Purchasing and Supply Chain team to ensure product availability
• Work closely with the Marketing team to plan and execute seasonal campaigns and promotional activities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with the brand principal
• Support Retail Operations in maintaining consistent brand standards and product presentation across stores
• Prepare regular sales inventory and performance reports for management

Profile Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3 5 years of experience in brand management, retail management, category management, or a similar commercial role.
• Background in sales or sales management is highly preferred.
• Experience in footwear, fashion, retail is an advantage.
• Arabic speaking is preferred but not required.
• Strong analytical, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
