Job summary

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in premium consumer electronics or home appliances.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to understand and respond to customer needs.
  • Highly motivated, goal-driven, and enthusiastic about technology.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Prior experience with the Dyson brand or in a similar luxury/tech brand is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a Dyson brand ambassador in-store or at events, providing exceptional product demonstrations and consultations.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively matching customer needs with the right Dyson solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage brand loyalty and repeat business.
  • Provide after-sales support and guidance to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of all Dyson products and stay updated on new technologies and launches.
  • Work closely with store staff or retail partners to optimize product placement, stock levels, and visibility.
  • Report daily or weekly sales performance and customer feedback to your line manager.
