AFTERS CONFECTIONS is seeking a Creative Director & Content Creator to define the brand's creative direction and translate it into high‑quality content across digital and social channels. The role combines leadership with hands‑on production, guiding the creative process from concept to final delivery.

You will lead shoots, plan the content calendar, and leverage AI-powered tools to enhance ideation and production while maintaining brand standards, deadlines, and scalable workflows.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in creative direction, content creation, or a related role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative direction and content production.
• Proficiency in photography, videography, and editing.
• Experience with design/editing software.
• Familiarity with AI-powered tools and digital workflows.
• Understanding of branding, social media, and digital formats.
• Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently.

Responsabilités

• Define and maintain the brand’s creative and visual direction across all platforms.
• Develop and execute creative concepts for campaigns, product launches, and key brand initiatives.
• Plan, create, and edit digital content, including photography, video, reels, and social media assets.
• Lead photoshoots and content productions from concept and moodboarding through final execution.
• Manage the content calendar in alignment with marketing priorities and brand objectives.
• Utilize AI and emerging creative tools to enhance ideation, production, and workflow efficiency.
• Ensure all creative output meets brand standards, quality expectations, and deadlines.
• Stay informed on relevant creative, cultural, and digital trends to identify new opportunities.
