Why This Role Matters

You’ll play a key role in bringing Calo’s brand and campaigns to life across our paid and organic channels. From shaping creative briefs and coordinating shoots to managing content calendars and reviewing final assets, you’ll help ensure we consistently deliver high-quality, engaging content that reflects our brand and supports our business goals.

What You’ll Do

Content Briefing & Direction

• Brief and direct content internally and with external partners/agencies across paid and organic channels
• Own always-on content output, ensuring consistent quality and brand alignment
• Translate campaign objectives into clear creative and content briefs

Production & Scheduling

• Plan, coordinate, and conduct shoots end-to-end (briefing, logistics, on-set direction, wrap-up)
• Manage the content posting calendar and scheduling across platforms
• Ensure timely delivery and publishing of content across all channels

Creative & Design

• Develop static creative assets in collaboration with the central design team
• Bring a strong eye for graphic design with a deep understanding of visual/brand standards, even without hands-on design execution
• Have an eye for editing and contribute directly to video/content edits where needed

Analytics & Reporting

• Track and report on content performance inform content decisions
• Build working knowledge of reporting tools/dashboards to self-serve insights

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in content, social media, creative production, marketing, or a related field.
• Experience working across both organic and paid content.
• Strong understanding of social media content formats, trends, and platform best practices.
• Experience coordinating content production, shoots, creators, agencies, or other external partners.
• Strong creative eye with an understanding of graphic design, visual identity, and brand consistency.
• Good understanding of video editing and content production workflows.
