Job summary

Oryx in Kuwait City is seeking a Personal Assistant & Personal Driver (Bilingual) for a full-time on-site position in a family villa. The role blends high-level personal support with chauffeuring duties and demands strict discipline, discretion, and a traditional work style alongside modern digital record-keeping.

The candidate must be fluent in Arabic and English, hold a Kuwait driving license, and show prior PA/driver experience to a senior figure.

Qualifications

• Native Arabic and full professional English fluency required.
• Experience as a personal assistant or driver to a senior individual preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and discreet handling of personal matters.

Responsibilities

• Manage the principal's daily schedule, appointments, and personal tasks exclusively.
• Drive to and from appointments, keep the vehicle clean and cared for.
• Maintain both printed diaries and a parallel digital system for reminders and follow-ups.
• Follow up on pending items until closed and report back to the Principal.
• Handle personal errands and day-to-day arrangements as directed.
• Coordinate with management and household staff on responsibilities.
