Job Summary
Hydromist (MOJ Water) is seeking a professional and customer-focused Call Centre Agent who is fluent in both English and Arabic. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound customer calls and chats, accept and process orders, and ensure smooth coordination with the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and WhatsApp/website chatbot messages promptly and professionally
Communicate clearly in both Arabic and English
Accept and record customer orders with accuracy
Share order details with the sales and delivery team in a timely manner
Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues efficiently
Update customer records and maintain logs in the CRM system
Follow up on pending customer issues and ensure timely resolutions
Coordinate with logistics and sales departments for delivery status
Escalate complex issues to management as needed
Requirements
Proven experience in a customer service or call centre role
Fluent in Arabic and English (both spoken and written)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Good knowledge of WhatsApp Business and Chatbots is a plus
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
Proficient in MS Office and basic CRM systems
Positive attitude and professional behavior at all times
