Job summary

Talabat, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is seeking a Category Manager to spearhead the Beauty vertical across the MENA region. You will own the category strategy, oversee assortment, supplier relationships, pricing, promotions, and drive commercial performance for beauty.

The role requires a strong commercial mindset, entrepreneurship, and deep knowledge of skincare, cosmetics, haircare, fragrance, and personal care.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in category management or buying within the beauty industry.
• Experience with beauty retailers, e-commerce, FMCG, or distributors in international/regional settings.
• Strong knowledge of the MENA beauty market and consumer trends.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end category management for the Beauty vertical across the region (skincare, cosmetics, haircare, fragrance, personal care).
• Curate a competitive beauty assortment and onboard local/regional suppliers; negotiate terms and exclusivities.
• Define pricing strategy and manage promotions calendar; analyze ROI and promotions effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Operations, Marketing and Replenishment to optimize store layout, campaigns, and stock levels.
• Monitor KPIs: sales, gross margin, P&L, conversion, and basket size.
