Bartender

We are looking for an enthusiastic Bartender to provide an excellent guest drinking experience. He must be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers’ needs and expectations. To be successful in this role, you should have customer service skills and knowledge. You should also be able to work various shifts. Note: this position’s compensation includes salary and tips. Ultimately, you’ll ensure an excellent drinking experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they enter.
• Give customers drink menus and answer their questions regarding ingredients.
• Interact with customers, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks.
• Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations.
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails.
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.
• Receive and process payments (cash and credit cards).
• Keep the bar area clean.
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations.

Requirements and Skills

• Resume and proven working experience as a Bartender.
• Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.
• Computer literacy.
• Knowledge of a second language is a plus.
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean.
• Relevant training certificate.
