What do we expect from you?

Under the general guidance of the Restaurant Manager, assist in ensuring friendly, efficient and effective service of food and beverages to all guests in a timely fashion in accordance with standards and individual guest requirements, at all times respecting the Mondrian Doha Vision.

How your day looks like?

1. Set up and breakdown the bar
2. Wash and polish all glassware
3. Ensure consistent beverage preparation, presentation, and quality
4. Ensure order of bar and cleanliness in accordance with health and safety regulations
5. Ensure that bar is stocked to par levels
6. Understand the operational set up and principle of the Restaurant, lounge, and bar
7. Maintain knowledge of all beverage menus within the hotel
8. Provide friendly, courteous, and professional service at all times
9. Ensure good communication with Management
10. Maintain complete knowledge of all food menu items
11. Prepare and check tables before service
12. Clear and reset tables
13. Ensure that all Company practices and procedures are met when delivering beverage to the guest
14. Ensure that all Company practices and procedures are met when delivering food from the kitchen to the guest
15. Ensure the overall cleanliness and order of the restaurant tables, chairs, floors, and service station at all times
16. Ensure that all cleaning duties are completed in allocated times to the Company standards
17. Complete all opening and closing procedures
18. Must be proficient in effective and efficient table maintenance
19. Be assertive and attentive at ALL times
20. Have thorough knowledge of all product and service procedures
