Experienced Barista in Bayan, Kuwait


We are in need of a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team in Bayan, Kuwait. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and smoothies. You must have prior experience working as a Barista in a fast-paced environment and have excellent knowledge of different brewing methods.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve drinks according to company standards
- Maintain cleanliness of the coffee bar area and equipment
- Take customer orders and handle cash transactions accurately
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers in a friendly manner
- Ensure all drinks are made to customers' specifications and served in a timely manner

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista is required
- Must have excellent knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle high volume orders efficiently
- Must be able to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent English speaking skills is preferred
