As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of traditional Malayalee dishes, such as appam, puttu, and parotta. Your duties will include measuring and mixing ingredients, shaping doughs, decorating pastries, and monitoring baking times. You will also be responsible for ensuring quality control and maintaining a clean and organized work area.
