We are seeking an experienced and skilled Baker to join our team in Hawalli, Kuwait. As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and desserts according to traditional recipes and customer requests. Your attention to detail and passion for baking will ensure that our customers receive high-quality products that exceed their expectations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare doughs and batters for various baked goods using precise measurements and techniques
• Bake, decorate, and package a variety of breads, pastries, and desserts
• Ensure all products are baked to perfection and meet our standards of quality
• Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as needed to achieve optimal results
• Maintain inventory of baking ingredients and supplies
• Clean and sanitize work area before, during, and after shifts
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations
• Follow food safety regulations at all times

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Baker in a professional setting
• Proficient in creating various types of breads, pastries, and desserts from scratch
• Knowledge of traditional recipes and baking techniques
• Ability to work with precision in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent time management skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Fluent in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
• Physically able to stand for long periods of time, lift heavy objects, and work in a hot environment

Salary: $1600 per month

Location: Hawalli, Kuwait (accommodation will be provided)

Visa: Free visa will be provided for non-Kuwaiti nationals
