Responsibilities

• Prepare a wide variety of breads, pastries, and cakes in accordance with recipes and instructions
• Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed
• Ensure adherence to food safety regulations by monitoring kitchen temperatures and storage areas
• Clean workstations after tasks are completed
• Follow strict instructions in mixing, dividing, kneading, baking and finishing doughs
• Present finished products attractively according to company standards
• Maintain records including production amounts used each day
• Troubleshoot issues relating to recipes or preparations as needed
