A high-performance workshop in Kuwait City is looking for an experienced Automotive Mechanic / Workshop Manager adept in diagnostics and repairs. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a reputable company or automotive dealership in Kuwait.
• Must be currently working in Kuwait and able to join immediately.
• Transferable visa is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on various vehicles without assistance.
• Perform advanced mechanical repairs and maintenance (engine, transmission, suspension, brakes, etc.).
• Lead by example in maintaining workshop quality and safety standards.

Skills

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on various vehicles without assistance.
• Perform advanced mechanical repairs and maintenance (engine, transmission, suspension, brakes, etc.).
• Conduct basic electrical diagnostics and repairs when required.
• Use vehicle scanners and diagnostic tools to troubleshoot issues.
• Lead by example in maintaining workshop quality and safety standards.
• For Workshop Manager role: oversee daily operations, coordinate with staff, ensure efficient workflow.
