Description

The Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at GUST invites applications for a full-time faculty position in Computer Engineering, specializing in Computer Vision, Network/Cyber Security, Hardware in Artificial Intelligence, and Robotics, starting Fall 2025. Note: The State of Kuwait does not recognize degrees from online universities.

Minimum Qualifications

  • PhD in Computer Engineering or a closely related field from a reputable North American (U.S. or Canada) or Western European university.
  • At least three years of teaching experience post-PhD.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, ambitious, self-motivated, and capable of working independently and in multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong publication record in peer-reviewed journals, with an expectation to publish high-quality research and collaborate with GUST research centers.
