You will design surveys and VOC programs, develop dashboards in Power BI, coordinate with external agencies, and help maintain market intelligence databases.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field.
• Certification in Market Research is an advantage.
• 5–7 years in Market Research / Insights.

Aufgaben

• Conduct market research, feasibility studies, and consumer insight projects.
• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive activities.
• Support concept testing, product evaluations, and new product launch assessments.
• Prepare competitor benchmarking, SWOT analyses, and market intelligence reports.
• Assist in pricing analysis and provide recommendations based on market data.
• Design and administer surveys, focus groups, product tastings, and VOC programs.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret quantitative and qualitative research data.
• Develop reports, dashboards, presentations, and actionable business insights for management.
• Coordinate with external research agencies, data providers, and industry experts.
• Support the maintenance of market intelligence databases and reporting systems.
• Monitor industry developments, consumer trends, and emerging market opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product Development, Commercial, and Procurement teams on research initiatives.
• Recommend improvements to research methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and HSE requirements.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Direct Manager.
