Want More in Bayan is seeking an Indian Florist to join our team and craft beautiful floral designs for weddings, birthdays, and events. You will consult with clients, create arrangements with fresh or artificial flowers, manage freshness and inventory, and help customers choose flowers that fit occasions and budgets.

This role requires Indian nationality, fluency in Hindi or another Indian language, strong customer service, and the ability to stand for long periods while lifting objects.

Qualifications

• Must be of Indian nationality.
• Fluent in Hindi or any Indian language.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a professional florist.
• Knowledge of various flowers and their care.
• Ability to create unique designs using different techniques.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their needs and preferences for floral arrangements.
• Create beautiful arrangements using fresh or artificial flowers, foliage, and other materials.
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure freshness of flowers.
• Provide recommendations on flower selection based on occasions and budget.
• Set up displays and maintain the cleanliness of the shop.
• Process payments and handle customer inquiries.
