Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Floral Designer or similar role is required.
• Strong knowledge of different types of flowers, foliage, and other materials used in floral design.
• Creativity and artistic skills to create unique designs.
• Excellent communication skills to work with clients and team members effectively.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects.
• Attention to detail to ensure the quality of each arrangement.
