Qualifications

• Experience as Bread Baker or Bakery Worker preferred.
• Knowledge of bread-making and dough preparation techniques.
• Ability to follow recipes and production instructions accurately.
• Good understanding of food hygiene and safety standards.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and mix dough according to recipes and production requirements.
• Measure and weigh ingredients accurately.
• Knead, shape, proof, and bake different types of bread.
• Operate and monitor ovens, mixers, proofers, and other bakery equipment.
• Ensure bread products meet required quality, size, texture, and appearance standards.
• Monitor baking temperatures and timing.
• Prepare different varieties of bread, such as white bread, whole wheat, buns, rolls, and specialty breads.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery and work areas.
• Follow proper food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures.
• Check ingredients and report shortages or quality issues to the supervisor.
• Store ingredients and finished products properly.
• Minimize product waste and maintain efficient production.
• Assist with other bakery duties as required.
