Job summary

Workato is seeking a Baker for our kitchen in Al-Kuwait. You will prepare bread, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods, following recipes and quality standards. The salary is 1300 per month, and we are open to applicants with minimal work experience.

The role requires attention to detail, knowledge of basic food hygiene, and the ability to work quickly and efficiently in a busy production environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail when measuring ingredients, following recipes and checking finished products.
• Knowledge of basic food hygiene practices and food safety regulations.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Mixing ingredients according to recipes to create doughs, batters and icings.
• Shaping dough into loaves or other forms.
• Monitoring oven temperatures and baking times.
• Rotating items for even baking.
• Decorating cakes and other baked goods as needed.
• Ensuring all baked products meet quality standards.
• Maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen area at all times.
