We are a premium brand specializing in perfumes, bakhoor, and fragrances, dedicated to crafting unique scents that captivate the senses. To enhance our digital presence, we Markas Sabir Perfumes (Kuwait) are looking for a Creative Art Director to lead our social media content strategy, ensuring visually stunning and engaging content that resonates with our audience.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and oversee creative concepts for social media content, aligning with the brand’s identity and marketing goals.
  2. Manage and execute visual storytelling through photography, videography, graphics, and animations.
  3. Plan and create high-quality content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest.
  4. Work closely with designers, photographers, videographers, and content creators to produce engaging material.
  5. Oversee the branding and aesthetics of all social media channels, ensuring a consistent and compelling look and feel.
  6. Develop campaigns and seasonal themes to highlight new product launches, promotions, and brand stories.
  7. Stay up to date with social media trends, design innovations, and industry best practices to keep content fresh and relevant.
  8. Manage and coordinate social media agencies (if applicable) to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
  9. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies that drive engagement and sales.
  10. Analyze social media performance metrics and optimize content for better reach, engagement, and conversions.
Skills
  1. Proven experience as an Art Director, Creative Director, or a similar role in social media content creation.
  2. Strong portfolio showcasing creative work in digital marketing, particularly in lifestyle, beauty, fashion, or fragrance industries.
  3. Expertise in graphic design, video editing, and photography.
  4. Strong understanding of social media trends, visual aesthetics, and digital storytelling.
  5. Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
  6. Excellent communication and leadership skills to guide creative teams and collaborate effectively.
