Job summary

Alshaya is seeking an Area Manager for Potbelly Sandwich Shop to lead multi-site store teams in Kuwait City. You will drive performance, develop store and team capabilities, manage performance and coaching, and oversee visual merchandising across assigned stores. You will also contribute to business initiatives including new stores and closures.

Fluent English required; Arabic desirable. A valid driving license and car ownership are preferred for visiting multiple sites.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years' large store or multi-site experience.
• Computer literate.
• Excellent English skills (Arabic also desirable but not essential).

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-site store teams to meet targets and drive performance across assigned stores.
• Oversee development and coaching of store employees, including performance management.
• Manage visual merchandising standards across stores and ensure brand consistency.
• Contribute to business initiatives, including new store openings and store closures.
