Career Land Center, LLC's Kuwait-based 5-star luxury hotel is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to drive business development, build client relationships, and support the hotel's commercial goals.

You will identify opportunities across market segments, manage corporate and leisure accounts, conduct sales calls and site visits, prepare proposals, and collaborate with Marketing on promotions while representing the property at industry events.

Qualifications

• Female candidate required.
• Arabic speaker.
• Experience in hotel sales role.
• Local candidate with valid driving licence and own car.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across market segments.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate and leisure clients.
• Conduct sales calls, client visits, and site inspections.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, and sales reports.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on promotions.
• Represent the hotel at industry events and networking opportunities.
