Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kuwait City for an Aluminum Factory Manager. The Aluminum Factory Manager will oversee daily production operations, including planning, quality control, and production management. Responsibilities include coordinating manufacturing activities, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards, optimizing production processes, and managing workforce efficiency. The role also involves maintaining excellent communication with other departments to ensure seamless operations and product delivery.

• Expertise in Quality Control and Operations Management
• Experience in Manufacturing Operations
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work on-site and manage workflows efficiently
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or related field
• Experience in the aluminum fabrication industry is a must
