Role Purpose:

We are seeking a commercially driven and strategically minded Aftermarkets Director to lead the transformation and growth of the company's aftermarket operations. This is a senior leadership role with full P&L accountability, responsible for the commercial success, operational efficiency, and customer experience of the aftermarket division across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the strategic direction and execution of the aftermarket business unit for all product categories, ensuring revenue and margin growth.
  • Lead and manage a large, cross-functional team encompassing sales, service engineers, technical support, and commercial operations.
  • Oversee a substantial P&L, optimizing profitability through pricing strategy, cost controls, and operational excellence.
  • Build and strengthen partnerships with OEMs, contractors, facility operators, and consultants to expand aftermarket business opportunities.
  • Design and implement customer-focused service offerings, including AMC contracts, spare parts programs, technical upgrades, and performance optimization.
  • Lead business development across B2B and B2C verticals, with tailored solutions for each segment.
  • Ensure strong market coverage and engagement across UAE, Saudi Arabia, and other GCC territories.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to continuously refine the company’s offering.
  • Champion customer experience and satisfaction through reliable service delivery, technical expertise, and relationship management.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams across procurement, logistics, project sales, and marketing for aligned execution.

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 10–15 years of experience in aftermarket or commercial leadership roles within the building services, MEP, HVAC, or systems trading sector.
  • Strong P&L ownership experience with a track record of growing after-sales business units or service divisions.
  • Demonstrated leadership of large and diverse teams, including sales and technical service personnel.
  • Deep market knowledge of the GCC, especially UAE and Saudi Arabia, with an established professional network across developers, contractors, and government entities.
  • Strong stakeholder management abilities across internal and external partners.
  • Experience with both B2B and B2C models, ideally with a mix of direct sales and channel distribution.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related discipline; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
