Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Advanced General Dentist with a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience to join our growing dental practice. The ideal candidate should be passionate about patient care, proficient in advanced general dentistry procedures, and committed to promoting oral health and hygiene.
Qualifications:
Kuwaiti in nationality.
BDS, DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
Kuwaiti Board in Advanced General Dentistry (KDAGD), MGD, or equivalent.
Valid dental license to practice in MOH.
Valid ACLS or BLS.
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in advanced general dentistry with excellent performance.
Proficiency in using dental tools, instruments, and software (e.g., digital radiography, dental charting systems).
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine and complex dental procedures including cleanings, fillings, extractions, root canals, crowns, and bridges.
Diagnose and develop treatment plans for patients with dental issues.
Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and administrative staff to provide a high standard of care.
Stay updated with the latest dental technologies and best practices.
Required Skills and Expertise:
Preferred Skills:
Bilingual abilities are a bonus (Arabic and English).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and integrated care platforms.
Additional training or certification in public health, diabetes education, or medical-dental integration is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
