Job description

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Admin Officer to join our team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling a wide range of administrative and HR support tasks, including managing employee files, attendance, payroll preparation, and working with ministry portals. The role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, strong communication abilities in both Arabic and English, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Only Arabic nationals will be considered for this position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, maintain, and update employee files and records by company policies and labor regulations.
  • Oversee attendance management, including leave records, absences, and related documentation.
  • Prepare salary calculations and payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with payroll policies.
  • Calculate and manage indemnity and end-of-service benefits as per Kuwait labor law.
  • Draft, prepare, and issue memos, circulars, and notices as required by management.
  • Provide translation support between Arabic and English for documents, letters, and official correspondence.
  • Support day-to-day administrative activities, including office coordination, supplies management, and facility upkeep.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Assist the HR & Admin team with general office and administrative tasks as needed.
  • Prior experience in working with various Ministry portals (e.g., Ministry of Labor, Immigration) for visa processing, work permits, renewals, and other official procedures would be an added advantage.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in an administrative or HR support role, preferably in Kuwait.
  • Strong knowledge of Kuwait labor laws, payroll practices, and ministry processes.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
  • Proven ability to translate documents accurately from Arabic to English and vice versa.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information securely.
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
