Job description

Job Summary:

To perform secretarial tasks including typing, filing, copying, emailing, scanning, faxing, ordering office supplies, sending and receiving couriers, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, scheduling meetings, and other related activities.

Department:

Marketing & PR

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Preparing clear, concise, and structured reports for the management team as requested by the Department Head.
  2. Follow-up and ensure timely submission of key reports as per the policies and procedures.
  3. Preparing and generating regularly scheduled reports.
  4. Drafting and preparing letters, circulars, correspondence, reports, presentations, memos, emails, and meeting requests to various stakeholders, with follow-up where required.
  5. Distributing correspondence to all departments, investors, and service providers.
  6. Preparing presentations as advised by the manager.
  7. Following up on pending issues with various departments.
  8. Performing general administrative tasks such as typing, filing, copying, emailing, scanning, faxing, ordering office supplies, and related activities.
  9. Maintaining an organized storage and retrieval system for all relevant data, including electronic and hard copy filing/archiving.
  10. Preparing financial records for the department and assisting the manager with budgeting.
Skills and Candidate Profile:
  • Open to all nationalities.
  • Preference for female candidates.
  • Minimum 4-8 years of experience in administrative roles involving marketing or PR tasks.
  • B.Sc./B.A. in Marketing, PR, or Media.
  • Bilingual in Arabic and English is required.
