Job summary

PPOAR is seeking an experienced Accountant to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The role involves maintaining financial records, preparing statements, auditing procedures, and ensuring regulatory compliance in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, has at least 3 years of accounting experience, strong communication skills, and CPA is preferred. Fluency in local language is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience.
• Excellent communication skills expected.
• CPA license preferred (not mandatory).
• Fluent in local language.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining the organization's financial records and databases, including the preparation of financial statements
• Auditing internal financial procedures and recommending changes
• Preparing and submitting tax documents in accordance with local regulations
• Assisting with financial forecasting, budgeting and other forecasting activities
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and professional standards
