Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of accounting or financial analysis experience; fresh graduates with strong Excel and analytical skills may be considered; IT certifications or an IT-related background are mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain financial records, ledgers, and reports in compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Develop, automate, and maintain financial dashboards and reports using Excel and BI tools.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for cost optimization or process improvement.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting activities.
• Assist in internal and external audit processes by preparing required documentation and reconciliations.

• Proficiency in Advanced Excel (pivot tables, dashboards, macros, data analysis).
• Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of ERP/accounting software.
