Responsibilities

• Provides comprehensive assistance to ensure smooth operations.
• Provides administrative and clerical support to the unit, department, or function.
• Undertakes special projects to meet department objectives.
• Prioritizes and manages multiple projects and follows up on issues promptly.
• Collects and prepares background documents for tasks.
• Follows university rules and regulations.
• Acts as first point of contact for the school and delivers high-level student service.
• Prepares administrative tasks for each semester, including updated student lists and timetables.
• Contacts students for timetable changes, late registration, or census dates as needed.
• Performs other duties as required by the Head of Department.
