We’re Hiring: AC Maintenance & Installation engineer for a startup company in the HVAC industry is looking for a qualified and motivated Mechanical Engineer with experience in air conditioning maintenance and installation. Description: We are seeking a hands-on, reliable engineer to:

Responsibilities

• Supervise and execute installation and maintenance of HVAC systems (split units, package units, ducted systems, etc.)
• Conduct site inspections and prepare technical reports
• Diagnose and solve system issues (mechanical and electrical)
• Develop preventive maintenance plans
• Manage technicians and oversee project execution
• Communicate with clients and suppliers
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 2–4 years of relevant field experience in AC maintenance and installation
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and controls
• Valid Kuwait residency (transferable)
