Responsibilities

• Apply the principles of one-on-one ABA therapy to help children reach their full potential.
• Assist children in developing and improving social skills, communication, and academic skills.
• Collect and maintain accurate data on the child’s progress during sessions.
• Participate in team meetings and case reviews to discuss children’s progress.
• Develop individualized plans based on assessment findings and in consultation with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to provide guidance and training.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all children.

Job Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is required. The degree must be in one of the following fields: Psychology, Special Needs, Speech and Language Pathology, Sociology, Behavioral Science, Education, or a closely related discipline. All candidates will receive ABA training upon acceptance.
• Fluency in Arabic (reading and writing), and English is a plus.
• A full-time position with the flexibility to work according to ABC's needs.
• Ability to work and collaborate effectively within a cohesive team.
• Strong Communication skills to support your relationship with BCBAs, Directors, co-workers, and families.
• Positive academic and employment references.
• Patience with the desire to work with children or young adults.
