Genesee Lake School in Oconomowoc, WI is seeking a BCBA to serve as Clinical Leader, guiding behavioral supports across educational, residential, and therapeutic settings. You will mentor teams, conduct assessments, and shape intervention plans to promote meaningful student outcomes.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in behavior analysis or related field.
BCBA certification in good standing required.
Eligible for Wisconsin Behavior Analyst License within 90 days of hire.
Minimum 2 years of experience with autism/related disabilities; 3+ preferred.
Experience with PBS, trauma-informed care and MTSS.

Responsibilities

Serve as a behavioral consultant across educational, residential, therapeutic, and healthcare settings to promote trauma-informed, evidence-based supports.
Conduct functional and behavioral assessments to identify student needs and inform function-based interventions.
Partner with interdisciplinary teams to develop, implement, and evaluate behavior support strategies that improve outcomes.
Use behavioral data to inform clinical decisions, monitor progress, and evaluate effectiveness.
Provide coaching, consultation, and real-time support to staff to strengthen implementation of behavioral strategies and staff capacity.
Deliver training on Positive Behavior Supports and crisis prevention; collaborate with therapists, educators, nurses, residential staff.
