Job summary

Qualifications

10+ years of commercial construction experience with significant healthcare project experience required.
Proven success managing hospital, medical office, surgical center, or healthcare renovation projects.
Strong knowledge of healthcare construction standards, phased renovations, and occupied facility operations.

Responsibilities

Lead all phases of healthcare construction projects including planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, execution, and closeout.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously with project values ranging from renovations to large-scale ground-up facilities.
Ensure compliance with healthcare facility regulations, infection control protocols, life safety requirements, and AHCA/FGI guidelines.
