Seeking a dedicated and experienced Paralegal who will be able to assist with all aspects of probate and estate planning matters while demonstrating reliability, attention to detail, and strong problem‑solving skills.
- Experience in Estate Planning and Probate
- Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently
- Familiarity with ABACUS and Lawgic preferred (not required)
- Prepare probate pleadings and estate planning documents (wills, trusts, powers of attorney, advanced healthcare directives)
- Track important deadlines throughout the probate administration process
- Communicate with clients, financial advisors, institutions, and insurance companies
- Gather and manage documentation related to estate assets
- Support all phases of probate and estate planning administration
