Job summary
Apex Technology, Inc. is seeking an FP&A Analyst to join the Finance team. This role centers on headcount planning, modeling, and acting as the finance business partner to Engineering and R&D leadership.
You will support planning cycles, variance analysis, and monthly/quarterly reporting in a fast-moving aerospace environment. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in FP&A, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities. U.S.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of FP&A, corporate finance, or similar analytical finance experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis skills.
- Familiarity with PO/PR processes for large projects.
- Ability to adapt to shifting priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and senior-leadership collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Own headcount planning and modeling with department forecasts.
- Partner with Engineering and R&D leadership to drive financial visibility.
- Contribute to annual budgets, reforecasts, and long-range planning.
- Perform variance analysis and explain drivers of differences.
- Assist monthly and quarterly reporting for executives and management.
- Identify and implement FP&A process improvements and system enhancements.
