Job summary

EisnerAmper is seeking an Analyst to support the Tax Service Line Finance team with financial analysis, reporting, planning, pricing and revenue-cycle activities. This role is ideal for an early-career finance professional who can turn accurate data into clear, useful insights for practice leaders.

You will review metrics, produce recurring reports, and assist with budgeting, forecasting and financial modeling.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, business, or related field.
2+ years of financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, reporting or revenue operations.
Experience in professional services or with WIP, realization, and pricing is a plus.

Responsibilities

Review financial and operational metrics for the Tax practice and prepare recurring reports.
Complete ad hoc analysis for finance and practice leaders.
Prepare slides and summary materials for leadership meetings.
Support budgeting, forecasting and financial modeling.
Analyze pricing, realization, margins and profitability.
Support billing, collections, WIP and accounts receivable reporting.
Maintain dashboards, validate data and resolve discrepancies.
Improve recurring reports through reusable templates and automation.
Partner with Tax Finance, FP&A and practice leaders on financial questions and special projects.
