Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, business or related field.
• 2+ years of financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, reporting or revenue operations.
• Experience with Excel, SQL or Power Query desirable.

Responsibilities

• Review financial and operational metrics for the Tax practice and prepare recurring reports.
• Complete ad hoc analysis for finance and practice leaders.
• Prepare slides and summary materials for leadership meetings.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and financial modeling.
• Analyze pricing, realization, margins and profitability.
• Support billing, collections, WIP and accounts receivable reporting.
• Maintain dashboards, validate data and resolve discrepancies.
• Improve recurring reports through reusable templates and automation.
• Partner with Tax Finance, FP&A and practice leaders on financial questions.

Education

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, business or a related field
