Job summary

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of quality-related experience in a manufacturing environment; glass industry experience preferred.
- At least 3 years of people management or team leadership experience.
- Hands-on experience developing or implementing Quality Management Systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Quality organization, establishing a clear Quality Vision.
- Implement, maintain, and continuously improve the Quality Management System.
- Own customer feedback, driving resolution and supplier collaboration.
