Job summary

Jobot, a leading recruiting and staffing firm, seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to partner with manufacturing leadership in a fast-paced environment. You will drive financial planning, forecasting, reporting and data-driven decision making to support operational growth.

The role emphasizes collaboration with operations, supply chain and business leaders, with emphasis on budgeting, modeling and KPI oversight. Hybrid/flexible work arrangements are offered within a large, stable organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
3+ years in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Financial Analysis.
Manufacturing experience preferred; strong budgeting and forecasting skills.
Proficient in financial modeling, variance analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

Lead monthly forecasting, annual budgeting and long-range planning.
Analyze results, identify trends, and provide variance analysis with actionables.
Prepare and present monthly financial packages for senior leadership.
Partner with plant operations, supply chain and leaders to improve financial performance.
Monitor costs, inventory, margins and operational KPIs.
Support cash flow forecasting and working capital initiatives.
Assist with month-end close and reporting accuracy.
Model capex and business opportunities for strategic initiatives.
Support intercompany accounting and reporting activities.
Develop dashboards and reporting tools for visibility.
Participate in cross-functional process improvement projects.
