Backend Developer with Kotlin and Java - MHP 2540

Work Model: Hybrid ( 3 days onsite): San Diego, CA or Mountain View, CA

We are hiring skilled Backend Developers to build scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems. You will be part of a high-impact engineering team working on modern distributed systems using Kotlin, Java, AWS, and Kubernetes. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a product-driven team solving real-world customer problems at scale.

Required Skills

Proficient in Kotlin and Java, with hands-on experience in backend application development.
Strong knowledge of AWS cloud services and experience in deploying and managing applications on AWS.
Solid understanding and practical experience with Kubernetes.
Experience with microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and asynchronous processing.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, monitoring tools, and modern development workflows.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to take ownership of features end-to-end.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in fintech or product-based environments.
