Responsibilities
  • Serve as a strategic partner to the business and provide guidance on HR issues related to talent management, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and organizational development.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement HR programs that align with the company's values and goals.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on employee relations issues, performance management, and career development.
  • Partner with talent acquisition to ensure the recruitment and retention of top talent and support the onboarding of new employees.
  • Provide guidance on compensation and benefits programs and support the development of annual performance and compensation reviews.
  • Work with management to identify and develop training and development opportunities to enhance employee skills and support business objectives.
  • Lead and support change management initiatives and provide guidance on organizational design and development.
  • Ensure HR policies and practices are compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.
