The position of Zonal Head – Wealth Management is a senior leadership role within a financial services or wealth management organization. The primary objective of this role is to lead the business operations of an assigned geographical region (zone), drive revenue growth, build strong client relationships, manage high-performing sales teams, and contribute towards the organization's overall profitability. Zonal Head acts as the face of the organization within the assigned territory. He/ She will be responsible for ensuring that the regional business consistently achieves revenue, Assets Under Management (AUM), and profitability targets while maintaining excellent customer service and regulatory compliance. This position requires extensive experience in wealth management, financial products, leadership, relationship management & minimum five years of Institutional sales experience.Purpose of the RoleThe primary purpose of the role is to:Increase the company's business across the assigned zone.Expand the client base.Increase Assets Under Management (AUM).Build a strong sales team.Strengthen relationships with clients and institutional partners.Support investment banking opportunities through industry networking.Ensure all business activities comply with regulatory requirements.The Zonal Head is accountable for both strategic planning and day-to-day business performance.
