Job description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Zonal Head - North to oversee business operations and drive growth in the northern region of India. This strategic leadership role requires expertise in sales, team management, and business development, with a focus on building strong relationships with healthcare providers and achieving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Regional Strategy Development: Create and execute business strategies for the northern zone that align with Care.fi's overall objectives.
  • Sales Leadership: Lead the regional sales team, set ambitious targets, and drive performance to meet revenue and growth goals.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, establish partnerships with healthcare providers, and promote Care.fis solutions.
  • Team Management: Mentor and lead a high-performing team across sales, operations, and customer success functions.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hospital management and healthcare providers.
  • P&L Management: Oversee profitability for the northern zone, ensuring budgets and resources are effectively managed to meet financial targets.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analyze competition to identify growth opportunities and enhance Care.fis market presence.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure smooth daily operations, emphasizing service quality, client satisfaction, and policy compliance.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Provide regular performance reports, market insights, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
Requirements
  • Experience: 8+ years in business management, sales, or operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing regional teams.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in the healthcare, healthtech, or fintech industries is preferred.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, inspire, and manage teams to achieve high performance.
  • Sales Acumen: Demonstrated success in achieving and surpassing revenue targets.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong ability to craft and implement effective long-term business strategies.
