We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Zonal Head - North to oversee business operations and drive growth in the northern region of India. This strategic leadership role requires expertise in sales, team management, and business development, with a focus on building strong relationships with healthcare providers and achieving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Regional Strategy Development: Create and execute business strategies for the northern zone that align with Care.fi's overall objectives.
- Sales Leadership: Lead the regional sales team, set ambitious targets, and drive performance to meet revenue and growth goals.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, establish partnerships with healthcare providers, and promote Care.fis solutions.
- Team Management: Mentor and lead a high-performing team across sales, operations, and customer success functions.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hospital management and healthcare providers.
- P&L Management: Oversee profitability for the northern zone, ensuring budgets and resources are effectively managed to meet financial targets.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analyze competition to identify growth opportunities and enhance Care.fis market presence.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure smooth daily operations, emphasizing service quality, client satisfaction, and policy compliance.
- Reporting & Analytics: Provide regular performance reports, market insights, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
Requirements- Experience: 8+ years in business management, sales, or operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing regional teams.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in the healthcare, healthtech, or fintech industries is preferred.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, inspire, and manage teams to achieve high performance.
- Sales Acumen: Demonstrated success in achieving and surpassing revenue targets.
