Zoho is hiring Technical Support Engineer | 5LPA

Zoho Corporation is looking for talented and proactive Technical Support Engineers who can deliver excellent customer service and resolve complex technical issues. You will be expected to assist customers through phone, email, chat, and remote sessions.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and help customers troubleshoot problems in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Provide technical assistance to clients via call, email, chat, and remote access
  • Troubleshoot server and workstation-related issues
  • Understand customer requirements and guide them in using Zoho products effectively
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to deliver accurate solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of technical issues
  • Maintain detailed logs of customer interactions and resolutions
  • Batch: 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025
    (2026 batch is not eligible)
Education Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline
Required Skills and Desired Candidate Profile
  • Understanding of modern IT management and ITSM concepts
  • Familiarity with Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems
  • Exposure to tools such as EDR, SOC, SCCM, Intune, AV, and MDM solutions is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work night shifts when required
  • The last date to apply is 31st July 2025
  • Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for further interview rounds
