Job summary

BXI Tech is seeking an experienced Zoho SME/Developer in India to drive end-to-end Zoho solution delivery across CRM, Creator, Books, Projects, and more. You will automate processes, implement Deluge scripts, and build robust integrations with ERP, HRMS, and other systems.

Ideal candidates will design scalable Zoho architectures, migrate data, and work with cross-functional teams to transform business processes using the Zoho platform.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on experience with the Zoho ecosystem and enterprise application implementation.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and customize Zoho apps across the Zoho ecosystem based on business requirements.
• Develop workflows, blueprints, approval processes, custom functions, widgets, forms, reports, dashboards, and automation.
• Develop solutions using Deluge scripting and integrate Zoho applications with internal and third-party systems.
• Build and manage integrations using REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and custom APIs.
• Design end-to-end business process automation across Sales, Finance, Operations, HR, Project Management, Customer Support, Marketing, and other functions.
• Perform data migration, data transformation, validation, and synchronization across Zoho applications and external systems.
• Integrate Zoho solutions with ERP, accounting, HRMS, CRM, payment, and other enterprise systems.
• Analyze existing business processes and recommend opportunities for automation, optimization, and digital transformation using Zoho.
• Conduct application testing, troubleshooting, debugging, performance optimization, and production support.
• Configure user roles, profiles, permissions, security settings, and access controls across Zoho applications.
• Develop reports, dashboards, analytics, and BI solutions to support management decision-making.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Zoho solutions.
• Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, estimation, development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Provide Zoho SME expertise and recommend platform best practices, architecture, and implementation approaches.
• Train end users and technical teams and maintain comprehensive documentation.

About the Role

We are seeking anexperienced Zoho SME / Zoho Developer with deep expertise across the Zohoecosystem, including application implementation, customization, automation,integration, and solution architecture.

The ideal candidate willhave hands-on experience working with multiple Zoho applications such as ZohoCRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, Zoho Projects, Zoho Expense, Zoho People, ZohoDesk, Zoho Analytics, Zoho Campaigns, Zoho Inventory, and other relevant Zohoproducts.

The candidate should bestrong in business process automation, Deluge scripting, API integrations, datamigration, application customization, and end-to-end Zoho solution delivery.This role requires the ability to understand business requirements, designscalable solutions, and act as a subject matter expert across the Zohoplatform.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, configure, andcustomize Zoho applications across the Zoho ecosystem based on businessrequirements.
• Work across multiple Zoho productsincluding CRM, Creator, Books, Projects, Expense, People, Desk, Analytics,Inventory, Campaigns, and other applicable applications.

Required Skills

• Experience integrating Zoho with ERP,accounting, HR, CRM, payment, or other enterprise systems.
• Strong understanding of data migration,data mapping, security configuration, user management, reporting, anddashboards.
• Experience with requirements gathering,solution design, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving,stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as a ZohoSME while collaborating effectively with business and technicalteams.

PreferredQualifications

• Experience working with clients acrossreal estate, finance, professional services, technology, healthcare, orother enterprise domains.
• Zoho certifications or a strongportfolio of Zoho implementation and integration projects.
• Experience with Zoho One andcross-product Zoho implementations.
• Familiarity with integration andautomation platforms such as Zapier, Make (Integromat), Pipedream, orsimilar tools.
• Experience working with cloud platforms,third-party APIs, middleware, and enterprise integrationarchitectures.
• Experience leading Zoho implementationprojects or mentoring junior Zoho developers.
