Job summary

BXI Technology seeks a Senior Zoho Developer specializing in Zoho HRMS and Zoho Books to design, develop, customize, and implement HR and Finance solutions.

You will work hands-on with Zoho People, Zoho Books, Deluge scripting, and API integrations, owning end-to-end deployments from requirements through production support, while ensuring data integrity and process automation.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of software development and enterprise app implementation with Zoho.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior ZohoDeveloper specializing exclusively in Zoho HRMS and Zoho Books to design,develop, customize, and implement business solutions for Human Resources andFinance operations.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertisein Zoho People, Zoho Books, Deluge scripting, workflow automation, APIintegrations, and business process customization. The candidate must be capableof understanding complex business requirements, developing efficient solutions,and independently managing implementations from requirement gathering throughdeployment and support.

We expect a techno-functional professional who combinesdeep technical expertise with a strong understanding of HRMS and financialprocesses, takes end-to-end project ownership, and consistently deliverssolutions within agreed timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Implementand customize Zoho People to meet organizational HR requirements.
• Configureand automate employee onboarding, employee lifecycle management,attendance, leave management, performance management, and employeerecords.
• Developcustom functions, approval workflows, notifications, and business rulesusing Deluge.
• ConfigureHR policies, employee self-service, access permissions, and reporting.
• CustomizeHR forms, fields, layouts, dashboards, and reports.
• IntegrateZoho People with relevant payroll, finance, and third-party systems asrequired.
• Implementand configure Zoho Books based on business and accounting requirements.
• Customizeinvoicing, expense management, payment processing, bank reconciliation,and financial workflows.
• Configurechart of accounts, taxes, approval processes, and financial reporting.
• Developcustom functions and automated workflows using Deluge.
• IntegrateZoho Books with external applications, payment gateways, and third-partysystems using REST APIs and webhooks.
• Supportfinancial data migration, validation, troubleshooting, and systemoptimization.
• Ensureaccuracy, consistency, and reliability of financial data and automatedprocesses.

3. Technical Development & Integrations

• Develop,test, and maintain custom Deluge scripts and automation workflows.
• Buildand maintain REST API integrations, webhooks, and custom connections.
• Designsolutions that address specific HRMS and accounting requirements.
• Troubleshoottechnical issues and optimize application performance.
• Followbest practices for data security, access control, error handling, anddocumentation.

4. Requirement Analysis & ProjectDelivery

• Gatherand analyze client requirements related to HRMS and Finance.
• Translatebusiness requirements into functional specifications and technicalsolutions.
• Managethe complete implementation lifecycle, including solution design,development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Takeindependent ownership of assigned projects and ensure delivery withinagreed timelines.
• Proactivelyidentify risks, resolve technical challenges, and prevent delays.
• Communicateprogress, implementation risks, and dependencies clearly to stakeholders.
• Preparetechnical documentation, test cases, and implementation guides.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4+years of relevant experience in software development and enterpriseapplication implementation, including substantial hands-on experience withZoho.
• Stronghands-on expertise in Zoho People (HRMS) and Zoho Books.
• Advancedproficiency in Deluge scripting and Zoho application customization.
• Experiencewith REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, OAuth, and third-party integrations.
• Strongunderstanding of HRMS processes, including employee lifecycle, attendance,leave, and performance management.
• Solidunderstanding of accounting and finance processes, including invoicing,expenses, payments, reconciliation, taxation, and financial reporting.
• Experiencein end-to-end implementation, data migration, testing, deployment, andproduction support.
• Abilityto independently analyze requirements and develop scalable solutions.
• Stronganalytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder managementskills.
• Demonstratedability to manage tasks independently and deliver projects withincommitted timelines.

Preferred Qualifications

• RelevantZoho certifications in Zoho People and Zoho Books.
• Experiencehandling complex HRMS and financial process automation requirements.
