Our offerings include the implementation of industry-specific CRM solutions built on the Zoho platform, along with other tailored process automation solutions.

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: 3-7 years as a CRM Business Development Consultant.
• Track Record: Proven success in converting prospects into customers.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Zoho CRM Expertise: Prior experience with Zoho CRM is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective customers to understand their business processes and requirements.
• Develop tailored solution plans to address customer needs.
• Deliver personalized presentations showcasing the proposed solution.
• Estimate work efforts and draft detailed proposals.
• Address customer questions and objections to successfully convert prospects into customers.
• Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure projects are completed successfully and on time.
• Partner with the marketing team to devise innovative strategies for attracting and retaining clients.
